You get the quiet you’re craving, but still less than 15 minutes from all the adventures Big Bear has to offer. Our boho vibe is cozy and welcoming (and kids love the tent in the Mountain Room!) You and your family will love sitting by the fire, watching TV or reading a book, with plenty of beautiful, large windows to enjoy the beauty of Big Bear.
Our home is 4 bedroom/2 bathroom and features:
- 1 king, 2 queens, 2 twins (+ 1 twin spare bed)
- Open floor plan with large, beautiful windows and natural light
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Free Wifi with 200+ Mbps
- 55” TV
- Board games and puzzles
- 1 Pack n play for your little one.
- Less than 15 minutes from Bear Mountain, Snow Summit, the Village, and Big Bear Lake
Please note that this is not the space for parties inside or outside, loud music inside or outside, or loud voices outside. We have full time neighbors so please be respectful of their homes and work schedules.
You have access to the entire property including 4 parking spaces in the driveway and a spacious deck.
Please note:
- The bathroom upstairs doesn’t have a shower, only the bathroom downstairs. But a hot bath sure is nice after being out in the cold!
- Quiet hours are strictly enforced. Courtesy quiet hours are 7am - 10pm and mandatory quiet hours are 10pm - 7am.
- From November 1 to April 1, it is required to travel with chains regardless of the weather forecast.
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
About the Owner
Lauren is a Southern California native, having grown up in Culver City and now exclusively stays home with our kids and helps maintain Gray Rock. Juan Carlos grew up in Mexico City and has been in Los Angeles for several years now. We have 2 kids, Leo and Aurora. Our family fell in love with Big Bear recently, on a snowboarding trip with our kids. We quickly knew we wanted a place in Big Bear and the charm of this beautiful home was everything we we were looking for.
